What's included in the free consultation?
A 30-minute call with one of our email deliverability specialists. We'll review your domain's current SPF, DKIM, and DMARC setup live, identify any gaps or risks, and give you a clear recommendation on which plan (if any) makes sense for your situation. No pitch, no pressure.
Do I need DMARC if I'm a small business?
Yes — domain size doesn't matter to scammers. Small business domains are frequently targeted for spoofing precisely because they're less likely to have protection in place. Without DMARC, anyone can send emails pretending to be you. That damages your reputation and your customers.
What's the difference between the Standard and Plus plans?
Standard is diagnostic only — we audit your setup, identify problems, and give you a detailed report. Plus includes the full fix: we actually implement everything, configure your records, and validate that it's working. If you want to take action immediately, Plus is where to start.
How long does implementation take?
Most implementations are completed within 24–48 hours of starting. Complex environments with multiple domains or many sending platforms may take slightly longer. We'll give you a specific timeline during the initial consultation based on your setup.
Why does DMARC p=none offer no real protection?
p=none is monitoring mode — it means email providers collect data about your domain but take no action on suspicious messages. Spoofed emails still reach recipients. Real protection only kicks in at p=quarantine (moves suspicious mail to spam) and p=reject (blocks it entirely). Our goal with every client is p=reject.
Will implementation break my existing email?
No — we use a phased approach specifically to avoid disrupting legitimate email. We start by auditing all your sending sources, authorize each one properly, and only move to enforcement once we're confident everything passes. Your email keeps flowing throughout the entire process.
Do you handle SPF and DKIM, or just DMARC?
All three — SPF, DKIM, and DMARC work together as a system and all need to be correctly configured. We audit and implement all three, including handling SPF flattening for complex sending environments and DKIM key setup across all your email platforms.
Can you help if my domain is already on a blocklist?
Yes. Blocklist recovery is included in the Enterprise plan and available as a standalone service. We diagnose the root cause (often a compromised account, spam complaint spike, or misconfigured sending), fix the underlying issue, and manage the delisting request process with the relevant blocklist operators.
We use HubSpot / Salesforce / Klaviyo — can you work with those?
Yes. Marketing platform alignment is a core part of the Plus and Pro plans. We ensure each sending platform is properly authorized in your SPF record, DKIM-signed, and DMARC-aligned. This prevents deliverability issues that commonly arise when adding new email tools.
Can you manage multiple domains?
Yes — multi-domain setup is included in the Pro and Enterprise plans. If you have several domains (including parked or inactive ones), each needs its own DMARC policy to prevent spoofing. We handle the full setup across all domains in your portfolio.
What happens after implementation — do I need ongoing support?
The Plus plan includes 30 days of post-implementation validation and the Pro plan includes 60 days. After that, most setups are stable — but if you add new email tools, change providers, or your business grows, your authentication setup will need updating. The Enterprise plan covers all of this on an ongoing basis.
How do I know which plan is right for me?
Book the free consultation — that's exactly what it's for. We'll look at your current setup, understand your sending volume and tools, and tell you honestly which plan covers what you need. Many clients come in thinking they need Pro and find that Plus is the right fit.
